This year, we're pleased to partner with the Frog Hollow Neighborhood Revitalization Zone, a nonprofit focused on revitalizing the Frog Hollow neighborhood through the collaborative involvement of residents, businesses, and government.

Hey, Frog Hollow! Have you ever wondered what it would look like to move entire buildings down the street?? COME FIND OUT!

Thursday 8/29, Connecticut Children’s, in partnership with SINA, the City of Hartford and LAZ Parking, will relocate FOUR homes on Lincoln Street!

The homes will be moved on truck beds between 9am and 5pm, and will be relocated to three different locations on vacant lots in Frog Hollow. Two homes will be moved to Putnam Street (corner of Ward St), one to Lawrence Street (off Grand St), and another to Hungerford Street (just south of Russ St).

A watch party for the community will be held at the Park Street Library from 11a to 2pm, with refreshments, where residents can safely watch two of the houses drive by on Broad & Park St.

Come join us to watch the preservation of historic homes in our great neighborhood!!
