Big shout out to for welcoming us and giving us a tour of their amazing facility. We were truly blown away by the space, the creativity, and the team behind it all. What an inspiring place for innovation!

Extra thanks to John for such an engaging tour and for sharing so many stories. We loved learning about the robotics team and wish them the best of luck in next year’s events!

We are joining two other local teams: Birds of Prey - FRC Team 181 + Aetos Dios FRC Team 7153 in collecting arts and craft supplies to donate to Connecticut Children's after the holidays!

Supplies will be used for Kassandra’s Art Kart, a craft cart for children being treated at CCMC named in memory of Kassandra Vega, who loved to make art projects as she battled leukemia at CCMC three years ago.

We are looking for:
Crayons
Magic markers
Acrylic paints
Small canvases to paint
Paint brushes
Coloring books
Small individual crafts
Paint on wood
Stickers
Paint by numbers
String art
Color pencils
Anything small that can be individually crafted

Please drop supplies at Makerspace CT, Kinsella High School at Weaver Campus, or Kinsella Magnet School before January 7, 2023!

Each year, we celebrate the achievements of professionals, groups, and leaders who share our mission to inspire lifelong learning through interactive and innovative experiences that explore our changing world through science. This year, we selected from an absolutely outstanding group of people and came forward with the following honorees.
