We should tell the government when we are married, not have to ask for permission / a license to get married. Why are we still allowing the government to control our personal and religious lives?
Please sign the petition to stop the government from requiring you to ask for it's permission in the form of a license to get married.
That archaic practice should have gone away when we broke our ties with the British monarchy.
