My heart is full of Gratitude to the HBIU Seminary Leadership, Faculty, and Staff

To our distinguished Dean, Co-Dean, Department Chair, professors, lecturers, academic advisors, administrative professionals, and every member of the HBIU Seminary team**, I want to express my deepest and most sincere appreciation for your hard work, commitment, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to Heart Bible International University.

What you do is not simply another function of the University. **The Seminary is foundational to who we are. It carries the spiritual heartbeat of HBIU and helps ensure that everything we build academically remains connected to biblical truth, Christian character, servant leadership, and the mission of preparing men and women to serve God and humanity with knowledge, wisdom, integrity, and compassion.

The Seminary reminds us that education is not only about earning degrees. It is about formation. It is about developing the mind while strengthening the spirit. It is about preparing leaders who can rightly handle truth, serve with humility, think critically, communicate faithfully, and bring biblical wisdom into churches, communities, organizations, classrooms, counseling settings, missions, and every place God may call them.

I am especially grateful for the depth and seriousness you bring to theological education. Courses in **Biblical Greek and Biblical Hebrew** are vital because they give students the opportunity to engage Scripture more closely in the languages in which much of the biblical text was originally written. These studies help students develop greater discipline in interpretation, understand important words and grammatical structures, examine the historical and literary context of Scripture, and approach biblical teaching with greater care and responsibility.

Alongside Greek and Hebrew, the Seminary's broader field of study is essential to the development of well-prepared Christian leaders. Courses in **Old Testament, New Testament, biblical interpretation and hermeneutics, systematic theology, church history, Christian ethics, apologetics, pastoral theology, preaching and homiletics, missions, evangelism, discipleship, spiritual formation, ministry leadership, Christian counseling, comparative religion, and biblical studies** provide students with a strong and comprehensive foundation for both ministry and scholarship.

These subjects matter because the Church and the world need leaders who are not only passionate, but prepared. They need pastors who understand Scripture, teachers who can communicate truth responsibly, chaplains who can minister with wisdom and compassion, missionaries who understand culture and theology, counselors who can integrate faith with sound professional practice, and scholars who can contribute meaningfully to Christian thought and academic dialogue.

To our Dean Pro. Fullwood and Co-Dean Prof Jones thank you for carrying the responsibility of leadership with vision and perseverance. Thank you for guiding the Seminary, supporting faculty, encouraging students, protecting academic standards, and helping to shape the direction of theological education at HBIU.

To ourDepartment Chair Dr Fullwood and academic leadership thank you for the countless details you oversee that often go unseen the curriculum, faculty coordination, course development, student concerns, academic quality, program organization, and the many decisions necessary to keep a strong academic department moving forward.

To our **professors and lecturers**, thank you for every lecture prepared, every assignment reviewed, every student encouraged, every difficult question answered, and every hour invested in helping students understand both the Word of God and their responsibility as Christian leaders. The seeds you plant through teaching may continue producing fruit for generations.

To our **academic advisors and administrative support professionals**, your work is equally important. You are often the individuals helping students navigate uncertainty, solve problems, stay encouraged, understand procedures, and continue moving toward their goals. Your service helps create the structure and support that make meaningful education possible.

Each of you represents an important part of the HBIU mission.

The Seminary is not separate from the University's larger academic vision. In many ways, **it provides the foundation upon which our faith-integrated educational philosophy stands**. Whether a student studies counseling, psychology, business, education, criminal justice, public health, technology, social sciences, humanitarianism, or another discipline, our Christian foundation reminds us that knowledge should be accompanied by character, leadership by service, and achievement by responsibility.

This is why the work of the Seminary matters so deeply.

You are helping prepare individuals who may one day stand behind pulpits, sit beside grieving families, teach future generations, lead ministries, establish organizations, serve communities, conduct research, publish books, counsel those in crisis, and carry the message of Christ across nations.

Some of the students you teach today may become tomorrow's pastors, bishops, apostles, chaplains, theologians, counselors, professors, missionaries, and Christian scholars. The time you invest in them now may influence people you will never personally meet.

That is the magnitude of this work.

Please know that your dedication is seen, your contribution is valued, and your service is deeply appreciated.

On behalf of Heart Bible International University thank you for believing in this institution. Thank you for believing in our students. Thank you for maintaining the importance of biblical scholarship. Thank you for helping us uphold both academic excellence and spiritual integrity

May we continue building a Seminary known not merely for the degrees it awards, but for the **quality of its scholarship, the strength of its biblical foundation, the character of its leaders, and the lives transformed through its ministry

May we continue teaching Scripture with reverence, studying Greek and Hebrew with diligence, examining theology with intellectual integrity, preparing ministers with compassion, and developing leaders who understand that genuine Christian leadership is ultimately about service.

To every member of the HBIU Seminary family:

Thank you for your sacrifice.
Thank you for your commitment.
Thank you for your scholarship.
Thank you for your leadership.
Thank you for your faithfulness.
And most importantly, thank you for helping us keep Christ at the center of everything we do.

The work of the Seminary is sacred, the responsibility is great, and the impact is far-reaching.

May God continue to strengthen each of you as we educate hearts, develop minds, deepen faith, and prepare leaders to serve the Church and the world.

With sincere gratitude and appreciation,

Prof. Dornett McIntosh, PhD

A Letter of Appreciation to Professor Wanda Page, PhD

(I need all of her students and staff to comment like and share. We’re going to let her go viral on social media for the work that she has been doing.)

Dear Professor Wanda Page, PhD,

On behalf of myself, Professor Dr. Dornett McIntosh, and the entire faculty and staff of Heart Bible International University, I want to take this moment to simply say thank you.

Sometimes we move so quickly doing the work that God has placed before us that we do not always stop long enough to honor the people who are carrying such a tremendous part of the vision. Today, I want to stop. I want to give you your flowers while you can see them, smell them, and know how deeply you are appreciated.

Professor Page, you are truly an amazing woman of God.

As Dean of the HBIU College of Addiction Counseling and Dean of the HBIU College of Leadership, you have accepted an enormous responsibility. You are helping to oversee, guide, encourage, correct, develop, and push forward more than 1,500 students. That is not a small assignment. That is over 1,500 lives, over 1,500 dreams, over 1,500 futures, and over 1,500 individuals who are depending upon strong leadership to help them reach the finish line.

And you take that responsibility seriously.

I have watched your commitment to excellence. I have watched you work. I have seen your concern for our students, your dedication to the university, and your determination to make sure that things are done properly. You are a no-nonsense leader. You believe in order. You believe in accountability. You believe in excellence. And when it comes to our students, you refuse to simply sit back and watch somebody give up.

For you, failure is not an option.

You push students because you see something in them. You challenge them because you know they can do better. You hold them accountable because you understand that education is not simply about receiving a degree—it is about becoming the person God has called them to become.

That is leadership.

Leadership is not always standing in front of people receiving applause. Many times, leadership is answering the phone when you are tired. It is responding to another student. It is working through another situation. It is meeting with staff, solving problems, correcting what needs to be corrected, encouraging someone who wants to quit, and then waking up the next day and doing it all over again.

Many people see the position.

We see the work.

Many people see the title.

We see the sacrifice.

Many people see the Dean.

We see the woman behind the title who continues to show up, continues to serve, and continues to believe that every student deserves an opportunity to succeed.

Professor Page, I want you to know that your labor is not overlooked.

Your dedication matters.

Your commitment matters.

Your leadership matters.

And most importantly, you matter to Heart Bible International University.

I thank God for placing you within this university. HBIU is not simply building academic programs; we are building people. We are preparing men and women to serve God, serve humanity, strengthen families, lead organizations, transform communities, and walk in the purpose God has placed upon their lives. That kind of mission requires leaders who understand that faith and academic excellence can walk together.

You are one of those leaders.

To your staff who stand beside you and help carry this great responsibility, we also say thank you. Great leadership is strengthened by a committed team, and we recognize the work being done behind the scenes every single day.

Professor Page, from my heart, I want to tell you that I appreciate you.

The faculty appreciates you.

The staff appreciates you.

The students whose lives you are impacting appreciate you—even when they may not always know how to say it.

And Heart Bible International University appreciates you.

May God continue to give you strength when the assignment becomes heavy, wisdom when difficult decisions must be made, patience when situations become challenging, and grace for every student and every person entrusted to your leadership.

May He continue to enlarge your territory and allow you to see the fruit of the seeds you have planted in the lives of so many.

Today, we honor Professor Wanda Page, PhD.

We honor your excellence.

We honor your commitment.

We honor your dedication.

We honor your service.

And we honor the woman of God who continues to stand firmly and say:

“We are not leaving anybody behind. Failure is not an option.”

Professor Page, these are your flowers.

You have earned them.

Thank you for believing in the vision of Heart Bible International University. Thank you for believing in our students. Thank you for standing with me and helping us continue to build an institution where faith, compassion, integrity, service, leadership, and academic excellence come together.

We love you. We honor you. We celebrate you. And we thank God for you.

May the Lord continue to bless you, strengthen you, and reward you for every sacrifice that others may never see.

With tremendous love, appreciation, and honor,

Professor Dr. Dornett McIntosh
