Earn Your HAAS Basic Mill Operator Certification at MakerspaceCT!

We have two CNC Machining + HAAS Certificate courses this June. One for experienced users, one for beginners. All instruction and testing are included. No separate site testing required. All students must complete the HAAS Basic Mill Operation online course before class.

FOR BEGINNERS:
CNC Machining + HAAS Certificate for Complete Beginners
- Two sessions: June 18 & June 19, 2026, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM each night.
- Price: Members $349 / Non-members $449
- No prior CNC experience needed. Basic computer skills required.
- You will learn machine setup, safety, tooling, running a program, and first-article inspection.

FOR EXPERIENCED CNC USERS:
CNC Machining + HAAS Certificate (Prior Experience Required)
- One session: June 04, 2026, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Price: Members $199 / Non-members $249
- Prerequisites: Prior CNC experience plus completion of the HAAS Basic Mill Operation online course before class.

In either course, you work directly with the HAAS CNC mill to cover power-up, tooling, offsets, program ex*****on, and inspection.

Location: The machine shop at MakerspaceCT in Hartford. Open to adults 18+. No membership required.
