An email about your financial aid, tuition balance, verification documents, or student loans can feel overwhelming, but ignoring it will not make the problem disappear.

Open the email. Read it carefully. Then reach out to your Hartford Promise coach.

You do not have to understand everything before asking for help. Send us the email, share a screenshot, or simply say, “I don’t know what this means.”

The sooner you reach out, the more options we may have to help.

Eliezer Pagan, a Kinsella Magnet School Class of 2026 graduate, stopped by today to pick up a laptop generously donated by The Hartford! 💚🎓

This fall, Eliezer is heading to the University of Saint Joseph, where he plans to pursue a future career in physical therapy or orthopedics.
