🎹 BIG NEWS! 🎹
We are thrilled to welcome award-winning composer-lyricist Marc Shaiman to the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts - Half Day on June 8!
Shaiman—an Emmy, Tony, and Grammy winner, and 7-time Academy Award nominee—will share insights from his illustrious career, pull back the curtain on the songwriting process, and accompany our student artists live on the piano.
Opportunities like this define the GHAAHD experience, connecting the next generation of creatives directly with industry icons.

Matilda opens tonight, Friday, May 1!
Did you know you can always get tickets at the door the night of the show? The lobby opens at 6:30 for a 7:30 show, so you'll have plenty of time to grab your tickets, view the Visual Arts Exhibit, visit concessions, and then see the show.
