Little moment of gratitude today 🥹✨

When you look at this picture you just see a weight rack and some dumbbells. When I look at this picture I see my weight rack and dumbbells from the studio in their new home at HUHS.

We got to use these today during our conditioning and I feel so grateful using my knowledge I’ve acquired for years and applying it to still teach fitness even if we don’t have the studio anymore.

Soaking in all the good vibes and happy memories from these weights and sending them directly to my dance girls for a great season.🫶🏼

Hello my people 👋🏼

It’s been one month since our last official class of the studio. I’ll start with the obvious that I miss you all terribly and the community we created.

I miss the chats before and after class.
I miss hearing about the wins in your life.
I miss the eye rolls from each of you during a hard combo.
One thing I DON’T miss is that 5:00am alarm though 👀😂

I’ve taken some time off to help me refresh and reset, but I’m starting to take the steps to get back into it.

I joined on Monday because I love their sense of community, challenges they create to help motivate you to stay in routine, and their wide range of equipment.

I take Hannah’s HIGH class on Tuesday night at the Rec Center (and hopefully will get into a Saturday Barre session at some point). I crave the group fitness class with the choreography, the uplifting music, and connection with those around me which she delivers every time.

I have my membership to bring me a quick workout at home with all my formats I used to teach and/or just LOVE so much (Pumped Up Strength, Human Reformer, Balletone, Barre, Step).

If you have your workout routine set, I love that for you and am cheering you on each step of the way. If you’re looking for a little guidance or where to start, try one of these and maybe we’ll run into each other for our workouts just like old times.

I’m still here to support you whether I’m your instructor or not. Much love to each of you 🫶🏼

Grateful for the experience and all the wonderful people that I’ve met that will be friends for life. Thank you to everyone that ever walked through the door and took a chance on me as your fitness instructor.

Last regular class of the schedule ❤️

Thanks Ang for always being a constant in our early morning classes for the last year and half. Our banter and chat sessions even when it’s just you in the morning is one of my fav things I’ll miss so much 🫶🏼

Only ONE MORE CHANCE to move with me before we close the doors. Join me at our Last Hurrah Sculpt Class on February 4th and stay for our party of food and drink right after!
