🎹 ISO Talented Keyboard Player

The local talent is piling up as Hartford City Strings gets ready to perform Hartford's Got Talent September 26th! 🎻🎸

We are in search of a talented keyboard player for the following songs: Fought and Lost (Sam Ryder), Drops of Jupiter (Train), Leave the Door Open (Bruno Mars), How Deep Is Your Love (The Bee Gees), and Viva La Vida (Coldplay).

We rehearse 8/20, 9/3 and 9/24 in Hartford at 6:30 pm. If you are interested in one or all songs, please reach out! I KNOW Hartford's Got Talent! 🎶

Hartford Music Lessons now offers instrument rentals! We have a selection of beginner level instruments that are set up correctly, are reliable, and will help your student sound great!

Violins size 4/4 and 3/4
$20 a month or $90 for 6 months

Violas 13" and 14"
$20 a month or $90 for 6 months

Cellos
$30 a month or $150 for 6 months

Instrument pick up in Hartford by Lincoln School. No cost for repairs, or string replacement if one breaks. Comes with case, instrument, bow, rosin, shoulder rest or rock stop.

The submissions are coming in... Hartford DOES Have Talent!!!

Submissions for participating in Hartford's Got Talent are due Monday. If you have been thinking about joining us get those submissions in! We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Music Lessons: Summer Session 😎 for students and adults!

Piano 🎹 Violin Viola 🎻Cello (rentals available) or Concert Percussion 🥁

Hartford Music Lessons is offering a summer session for new students who would like to take lessons over the summer. The summer session offers 7, 30 minute lessons for $200 ($50 deposit to secure a time slot, balance due at second lesson) along with the option to participate in a recital at the end of the session. Lessons will take place in my home in Hartford near Lincoln School at the following dates/times:

Wednesdays: June 10 and 17, July 1, 8, 15 and 22, and August 5 between 1:00 - 3:00
OR
Thursdays: June 11 and 18, July 2, 9, 16, and 23, and August 6 between 1:00 - 3:00

Students can choose to participate in a recital on the dates listed below which will take place at The Flower Cafe in downtown Hartford.

Wednesday, August 12th at 6:30
Thursday, August 13th at 3:30
Wednesday, August 19th at 3:30

Instrument rental through Hartford Music Lessons is available on a limited basis for violins, violas ($30 for 3 months) and cellos ($45 for 3 months). Extended rental periods also available.
