Don’t worry, Mercer County Senior High School has lunch covered! Today’s menu: Baked chicken leg and a sweet yeast roll! Sides include mashed potatoes, southern seasoned green beans, and a side salad featuring lettuce from Foxfire Farm and Wisteria Hill Farm, and carrots from Wisteria Hill Farm. We are also serving fresh mixed vegetables, including peppers and cucumbers from Foxfire Farms and tomatoes from Kentucky Fresh Hatvest and last but not least Fresh strawberries!
