Didn’t get pictures of the first few kids but this morning we practiced using scissors and cutting on the line to get to the arctic animal! You can find lots of free scissor cutting worksheets on the internet and it’s a calm activity while getting dinner ready or before bed!

Exciting morning here with our Birthday Party for Jesus! We baked a cake, watched The Star movie, did a nativity sticker activity, made reindeer food, decorated the cake…LOTS of sprinkles! And then lunch before we sang Happy Birthday and enjoyed their cake masterpiece! Wishing all of our friends a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We will see you in January!

Some of our favorite books we’ve recently read. We’re Going on a Leaf Hunt was our favorite book for leaf week and we were so sad No Sleep for the Sheep had to be returned to the library last night! It’s a super cute and hilarious book that everyone begged me to read everyday for the last 2 weeks!
