We are proud to see some of our recent Cass Career Center PN Program graduates continuing to learn and discover! 🧑‍⚕️💚🩺

🎓 Congratulations to Cass Regional’s First Nurse Residency Program Graduates! 🎓

We are proud to celebrate a special milestone at Cass Regional Medical Center — the graduation of the first cohort of our Nurse Residency Program!

Please join us in congratulating Deana Palmer, RN; Sallie Ngarmtap, RN, BSN; Lillian Davis, LPN; Erin Cutler, LPN; and Abbie Baker, LPN on completing this year-long program.

Throughout the past year, these nurses met monthly with our Education team, participated in hands-on simulations and expanded their clinical knowledge and skills. Each nurse also selected a research project focused on identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes and enhance the care we provide at Cass Regional.

We are incredibly proud of the dedication, growth and commitment to excellence these nurses have demonstrated throughout the program. Thank you also to Education Manager Crysti Danahy and our Education team for their guidance and support in making Cass Regional’s inaugural Nurse Residency Program a success.

Congratulations, graduates! We can’t wait to see the continued impact you make for our patients and our community. 💙👏

The Missouri State Board of Nursing invites community members, stakeholders, employers, graduates, clinical partners, students, and members of the public to submit written comments regarding the nursing program.
