Hi my name is Kiersten, I am a freshman majoring in business and currently studying abroad for the First Semester in the London program. Getting the opportunity to study abroad in my first semester has been life changing. While taking five core classes, I've also been able to travel across the UK.
So far this has been an incredible experience. I've learned to adapt to new environments, gained a deeper appreciation and made so many amazing friends along the way. Some of the school trips and excursions weβve taken include visits to Scotland, Wales, Bath, and Oxford/Stratford. On these trips, weβve had the chance to learn about the rich history and culture of each place firsthand.
The faculty and professors here have been wonderful, supportive, passionate, and dedicated to making this program an unforgettable experience. Studying abroad in London has not only broadened my academic perspective but also helped me grow personally in so many ways.
For an incoming freshman I 100% recommend this. Starting your college journey abroad pushes you to step out of your comfort zone, and grow both personally and academically, while building lifelong memories. Iβm incredibly thankful to have the opportunity to take part in such a once in a lifetime experience.
