Congratulations, Patricia Grace King, on the publication of THOSE WHO VANISH, and thanks for sharing the excitement with us at tonight's Writers Read. Esther Harder, your questions and insights helped make the event illuminating, too.

And so many reunions! We could not have asked for a better homecoming kick-off event.

We're counting down to Homecoming, when alumna and former lang and lit faculty member Patricia Grace King will read from her new book and take questions about it from Esther Harder--also an alumna and an accomplished writer in her own right.

Please join us at 7 pm on Thursday, October 8, in Martin Chapel. Parentheses Books will be on hand with copies of Patricia's award-winning new short story collection, THOSE WHO VANISH.

Folks who have been on cross-cultural to Guatemala will recognize the setting for many of the stories.
