Officially less than 50 days until the library reopens to students and the public! Crews and JMU Libraries staff are hard at work moving in books, furniture and other resources ahead of the August 3 reopening date.

We are excited to welcome you back to Carrier Library starting Monday, August 3! To ensure Carrier opens on schedule, we must briefly close Rose Library and the Music Library to redistribute technology, books, and offices across the library system.
Please note:
• The Music Library will be closed June 19 through July 5.
• Rose Library will be closed June 19 through July 5. The Makery and our Equipment Loans service will remain closed until August 3, while we move equipment to Carrier. The Rose 24/7 Space will remain available.
