In Harrisonburg Virginia, since 2022 before that for his parents Carolin and Rob for 33 years.
This piano was from the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Buena Vista Virginia where I tuned it for 30 years, for whom I arranged the sale for and found for Charlie who was looking a grand.

How to fix a loose key weight & pitch raising.
one of the circular led key weights was loose and hitting the adjacent key causing it to get stuck. The key must be removed and the key lead must be expanded using a flat punch and a hammer. You can notice and indention in key led to the right that I made spread out the key led to expand it, so it was snug.
I also raised the pitch ½ step to A440cps standard pitch. It takes 2 tunings, a pitch raise tuning (the demo) and a standard tuning following (the re-model) both done at the same appointment, 1 ½ to 2 hours time.

Tuning/Prep Yamaha GH1 Grand, for my new friend & Client, Judy, in Lexington Virginia
This piano had several of the dampers at the base side of the treble end that were making noise because they were not seating due to a piano move and the pedal lyre rods needed adjusting.

Gluing back a popped jack into a whippen assembly & Tuning/Prep Hazelton/ Samick Studio Piano, for my friends and clients, since 2018, Angie & Lane in Harrisonburg Virginia.
Jacks occasionally pop out of the whippen assembly, on new and used pianos. This can be caused by not enough glue, age, humidity, striking the key hard or long hours of play time. The piano action must be pulled and reinstalled to complete the repair. I currently use gorilla glue, 10 or 15 minutes to tack up before putting the whippen assembly into the action. If hit lightly and as little as possible it can be tuned. I recommend 24 hours for the glue to cure before the piano is played by the owner.
