Dr. Philip Baxter shares his plan to establish the JMU Open-Source Tradecraft Exploratory Lab (OSTEL). Open-source intelligence is emerging area of skills-based aptitudes used by government, military, and intelligence organizations to identify and leverage a broad array of data. This lab would provide JMU students with related resources, training, and active learning opportunities on real-world problems.
