With over 200 active members, we are just one of 228 wonderful chapters spread across the United States. As proud members of the James Madison community from 1959-1987 and more recently when we were recolonized on October 8, 2010, Gamma Theta has become home to many exceptional young women, each of whom have unique qualities that contribute to the strength and growth of our chapter.

WHY WEDNESDAY w/ 🕊️
“Heading into my sophomore year, I am so grateful for the community I found in Phi Mu during my freshman year. Before my first year at JMU, I had few expectations of the recruitment process, which allowed me to be more open and appreciative of the entire experience. Phi Mu instantly attracted me because of how quickly I connected with everyone I met. I felt the most like myself whenever I was at Phi Mu, and I always left the house smiling. Throughout the nine months I’ve spent in Phi Mu, I’ve met amazing, genuine people, and have loved seeing my friendships blossom into ones that I know will last a lifetime.”
