My recovery ride after a fun but full weekend 🥰

Simply Saddle Up! has been blessed with an extra sweet visitor on Wednesday lessons these past couple weeks. Just had to share....

Congratulations to my latest Red Ribbon Rider!! This gal worked hard to get her posting trot all the way around the ring both ways. With practice and the help of a good horse...thanks, Dulce! she has moved on to yellow level!!

Location is in Dayton, VA, only 3 miles from the Harrisonburg city limit. Horse Camp is an excellent opportunity for fun and horsemanship learning with fresh air and friends! Mini Camps are three half days and they are designed for beginning riders ages 8 and up. Mini Campers enjoy learning the basics of horse care through hands on experience, horse related games and fun facts as well as special projects, barn chores, and outdoor hang time with a small group of friends. There are typically "light" or easy riding times included with a focus on safe introduction into the saddle. I will flex the activities some if I have more seasoned/regular riders.

Mini Camps:
June Session 9am to 1pm (6/15, 6/16, 6/18) - $180
July Session 9am to 1pm (7/6, 7/7, 7/9) - $180
August Session 9am to 1pm (8/10, 8/11, 8/13) -$180

A Super Congratulations to a young lady who earned her red rider ribbon, passing the final skills test for her level this week!

What a fun Barn Day we had yesterday! I was so grateful for the chance to enjoy the outdoors with some of my favorite girlies and 4 legged friends without being freezing cold!!🥰

ALSO THIS YEAR for regular riding students I will be offering Summer Club!! Throughout the summer approved students will have the option to be dropped off at the farm from 2:30pm to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday afternoons to have very valuable horsemanship learning time in addition to their lesson time(s). $100 weeks include a minimum of two riding lessons plus horsemanship skills learning or $80 per week for one riding lesson plus horsemanship skills learning, interacting and fun time all week! Enjoy MORE horse time with your friends and our wonderful 4 legged family this summer!!
