JMU Federal Spotlight 🌟: Daniel Gaffin, Center for European Policy Analysis

Daniel Gaffin is the Program Assistant for Operations at the Center for European Policy Analysis. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University, where his research focused on conflict-related sexual violence and accountability. He is also conducting research at CEPA on sexual violence against prisoners of war in Ukraine. In 2024, he was invited to the Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference on civil-military relations.
