Masterpiece Studio Tentative Schedule for 2017-18

Lessons begin Monday, September 11, and will be 45 minutes each at $25 per lesson. Lessons will be given every Monday that Harrison School District is in session. Deposits of $50 are currently due. Deposits will be applied to September’s balance. Monthly payments are due the first lesson of the month. You are allowed one makeup per semester. Makeups will be given during the month of December.

Six spots are available for the first six students who pay their deposits. If deposits are not received by August 21 then I will contact the prospective students on my waiting list.

Please choose your first and second time preferences below. I will do my best to accommodate your requests. There will be five minutes between each lesson so that I can serve as many of you as possible. If your student is late for their lesson I cannot guarantee that I can give you your full 45 minutes. If you are late picking up your student he or she will be waiting either in the studio or outside the studio door while the next student’s lesson is in progress.

Thank you for understanding these new policies. I regret any inconvenience they may cause you.

There are changes coming to the studio this year. Due to unexpected circumstances I am cutting back my teaching time to Monday afternoon/evening only. Lessons will still be 45 minutes at the same price as before. I have six spots available starting at 3:45 and going through 8:45. Four of you have sent your deposits (Karley, Tuscany, Mysteri and Leela) and you are guaranteed one of those spots if Monday is agreeable with you. If not, I will refund your deposit.

This means that two spots are available for 2017-18. Lessons begin September 11. Current students have priority, but you should know that I have 2 new students on a waiting list.Two current students have decided to drop lessons due to their busy schedules. I'm sad to see them go, but I understand. I will miss you, Ava and Gavin! I have not received deposits from two current students. I hope to hear from Keagan and Emersyn soon. Could you please private message or text me asap and let me know whether you are on board this year?

I've spent weeks pondering and praying over this. I enjoy so much teaching your children, but three days a week after a full school day was exhausting last year. When I retire in a few years perhaps I can offer more spots, but for now I must make room for myself. I know this is an adjustment for you, but I hope you understand.

Lessons are officially over for the Spring and everyone is paid up through April. I will offer two makeup lessons for each student starting 5/1. You may take one or two slots for no extra charge. First come, first serve. Please respond here or by message with your choices. A recital is TBA and will be scheduled for the middle of May. Watch this page for the date which will be announced soon.

Monday, May 1:
45 min lessons on the hour starting at 2:00 pm through the 6:00 hour.
Tuesday, May 2 and Thursday, May 4:
45 minute lessons on the hour starting at 4:00-6:00 pm.

No lessons Wednesday, May 3.

May 9, 10 and 11:
45 min lessons on the hour 4-6 pm.
