A couple weeks ago HHS FBLA attended the Arkansas FBLA State Leadership Conference. We had 8 students place top 4 in the state and are eligible to compete at NLC this summer in San Antonio! Our Parliamentary Procedure team consisting of Logan Widner, Mirabella Quenzer, Jacob Simon, and Josh McLean placed 1st. Our Public Service Announcement team, Riley Crow and Lily Burns, placed 3rd. Jackson Savage placed first in International Business and Isabella Polland placed 1at in Introduction to Business Concepts. Gavin Green finished his term as FBLA State Treasurer and Stevie Jones worked very hard to campaign to be elected as the next State Reporter. Although she did not win the election we are proud of her hard work!! All of our students represented HHS well and we are so proud of them!!

The FBLA Chapter is proud to announce our upcoming community service project fundraiser; Pies for a Purpose.
We are raising funds for the Made to Play Foundation through a friendly competition among a few of our many dedicated faculty members. The three teachers who secure the most donations will receive a pie in the face during the first basketball game pep rally.
How to Participate:
Donations can be made with FBLA community service members stationed in the cafeteria during all Lunch A and Lunch B next week.
Event Details:
Pep Rally & "Pieing" Ceremony: Friday, January 23rd, 2026
Location: Goblin Arena
We encourage everyone to participate in this engaging initiative to support a valuable cause and foster school spirit. All proceeds go directly to our designated charity.
Thank you for your generous support and participation!

NLC Recap:

We had a wonderful week in Anaheim for the FBLA National Leadership Conference! We took a tour of the Queen Mary, visited Long Beach, and went to Disneyland! The boys made lots of new friends at the conference through workshops and pin trading. Gavin got to help lead Arkansas in calling the hogs at the opening session, and wave the Arkansas flag to help the Arkansas FBLA members find our seats! To celebrate their accomplishments we ended the week with a trip to the Adventure Lagoon and In-N-Out!
