This quote resonated with me at the thought of posting all of the photos taken by Robert Sturman. Fear. Fear of judgment, fear of exposure, fear of my own internal struggles and failures. One photo in particular was difficult to upload. Trichotillomania has paralyzed me in more ways than I am willing to admit....but with every step I take and each glimpse of vulnerability I overcome, I can feel the fear fading away... I am beautiful and awesome and perfect and loved. I know this isn't going out to a lot of people, but if it reaches one person to let them know they are not alone, that feels like success.
