CRESC wrapped up Summer 2026 professional development at Brookland Pre-K! Wendy Rucker-Green led sessions on behavior, mealtimes, and year 2 of Frog Street implementation. We're continually amazed by how much this staff pours into making sure every child has what they need to succeed. Here's to another BEARCAT year full of learning, laughter, and building relationships. We can't wait to watch, cheer, and support you all! And a HUGE shoutout📢 to MCAEOC ❤️Head Start and 💙 Early Head Start in Mississippi County and all others that joined us Tuesday and Wednesday, thank you for opening your doors and letting us learn alongside your amazing staff. It is always🎉 THE BEST DAY EVER🎉 when meeting the people who show up for our kids every single day! Humbling doesn't even cover it.
"Thank you for pouring your heart🩷 into our children and willing to know better and do better" isn't enough. But it's what we've got, and we mean every word.

Wendy Rucker-Green CRESC Local Lead, Chris-Chrissy Sain Northeast Local Lead, Shasta Turner Pentecost Dawson Local Lead, and Katlin Niemeyer Southwest Local Lead took on the ADE Summit! 🥤🥤🥤🥤✨

Day 1 kicked off with our first presentation, What’s on the Menu? Interactions! 🍽️💬 Afterward, we wrapped up the night with some evening fun connecting with our fellow Local Leads.

Day 2 brought double the excitement with two presentations! We ran back What’s on the Menu? Interactions! before presenting to a packed house in the afternoon for Charting the Course: From Pre-K Play to ATLAS Success.📈🎉

We loved sharing, learning, and collaborating with everyone this week. Can’t wait to see where we will be next! 🚀

History made today at Crowley's Ridge Educational Service Cooperative!

​CRESC was thrilled to host the first-ever Early Childhood Governance and Finance Project (ECGFP). It was an absolutely incredible day of collaboration, growth, and community.

​A massive shout-out to Jamie Rayford and her amazing team for their phenomenal support, and to Jesse from Excel By Eight for keeping us on track with note-taking and backing the initiative. We couldn't have done it without you! 🙌

To the childcare owners and directors who showed up today and spoke straight from the heart: thank you. I always learn so much from your insight, passion, and dedication. Seeing everyone come together to learn from one another was nothing short of inspiring.

​I feel deeply honored and blessed to play a small part in this project and to witness the magic of everyone learning together. Here's to the future of early childhood education! 🌟

🌟 So incredibly proud of these 15 dedicated participants! 🌟

They officially completed an intense 3-day CLASS Pre-K (2nd Edition) Observer Training at Trumann School District with Local Lead Wendy Rucker-Green! 🎉

This wasn't just another professional development workshop, it was three days of meaningful learning, collaboration, and focused practice to build the skills needed to become certified CLASS Pre-K Observers.

Now, all that's left is to press the button and pass that test! 💻🔥 I have no doubt each of you is ready to succeed!

Your commitment to strengthening teacher-child interactions and improving classroom quality is inspiring. The children, teachers, and schools you serve will benefit from the knowledge and dedication you've invested this week. 👏📚✨

So incredibly proud of these CRESC 13 owners/directors! 🌟

They have officially completed an intense 3-day training for the 2nd Edition CLASS Pre-K. As you can see from the photos, this wasn't just a casual workshop, it was 3 days of deep, focused work to learn how to become a certified PRE-K CLASS Observer.

Now, all they need to do is press the button and pass that TEST! 💻🔥 We know you all are going to crush it.

Their dedication to mastering high-quality, interaction-focused classroom observations is truly inspiring. CRESC 13 is in amazing hands! 👏📚✨

Congratulations to the 15 owners and directors from CRESC who completed the CLASS® 2nd Edition Infant and Toddler Training. We are so proud of this amazing group and their dedication to bringing the highest quality care to our infants and toddlers.
