Great meeting last night with Pennsylvania State Senator Dawn Keefer as our speaker!

We discussed key municipal and state issues affecting rental property businesses, including regulatory changes, housing policies and increased fees on the horizon.

We appreciate her willingness to come out and speak with our members and hear our concerns. We were also glad she was willing to hang out a little after the meeting to draw our winner for the 50/50 as well as allowing us to get this great photo with our board members!
