We want to share details regarding the refund process for the 2026 Daddy Daughter Dance photos.

Refunds can be picked up tonight at the high school during Parent-Teacher Conferences. All refunds must be signed for and will be available in Mrs. Wallace’s office.

If you are unable to attend Parent-Teacher Conferences tonight, a form will be sent home with your student on Monday, March 30th. This applies to HES, WES, and Play School students. Once the form is signed and returned, your refund will be sent home with your student the following day.

Families of homeschooled students will be contacted individually with instructions on how to pick up their refund.

As a reminder, any photos that were successfully recovered and printed will be sent home with students this afternoon.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we continue working to recover the remaining photos. If additional images are recovered, they will be printed and sent home with your student free of charge.

We want to share an update regarding the 2026 Daddy Daughter Dance photos. As we began the printing process yesterday, we unfortunately experienced an issue with the SD card and are currently unable to access the majority of the images. At this time, only 12 photos have been successfully recovered.

We have been actively working to recover the remaining photos and are hopeful that additional images will be recovered as we continue this process. If so, those photos will be printed and delivered to you free of charge.

However, with our delivery deadline being tomorrow, we will be issuing refunds to all families who purchased photos and will not receive them. Families whose photos were successfully recovered will have their photos delivered tomorrow.

Refunds will be available tomorrow at Parent-Teacher Conferences. More information about the refund process will be posted tomorrow morning.

If you placed an order, you will either receive your photo (if it was one of the recovered images) or a full refund.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. We remain hopeful that more photos can be recovered soon.

These buttons will be fully customizable for our local teams and travel ball teams — perfect for showing off your favorite player all season long!
