We're HACC proud of our partnership with Lebanon Valley College (LVC), which helps our students reduce debt and build campus connections early.

Through this partnership, our students can start their education at our Lebanon Campus at LVC before transferring into a bachelor’s degree program.

Students like Madison are taking advantage of this opportunity. She told Inside Higher Ed:

“Taking classes at two different schools at the same time was a little difficult at first because I didn’t know how it would play out,” Rohrbaugh said. “But [the partnership] made it easy. At HACC I was taking classes online, so going to classes at Lebanon Valley gave me that in-person experience.”

Our faculty speaker for our spring 2026 Commencement ceremony is John Cline, assistant professor of art.

Professor Cline was born and raised in Cumberland, Maryland. He arrived at HACC in 2023 after teaching visual art to college and high school students in eastern Wyoming for 12 years. He lives in Harrisburg with his wife Nancy. They have three adult daughters who come and go as their lives lead them on their separate paths.
