STUDENT ID BADGE INFORMATION, CONDUCT POLICY, AND GUIDELINES FOR ACCESS TO GAMES/ATHLETIC EVENTS

Attention HBGSD Families, Students, Cougar Nation, and Spectators,

• Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Tickets will NOT be sold after halftime. The gate will be closed to spectators at halftime except for people on a will-call list.

• All students, regardless of which school they attend, must show valid ID to purchase a ticket. Students/children without ID must enter the game with a parent/guardian.

• Adults may be required to show proper photo ID to purchase tickets.

• HBGSD employees attending the game with family must access the Severance Stadium via the entry gate, not the building.

• Backpacks and bags may be searched.

• Spectators should remain seated during the game. If spectators/fans leave the game, reentry is not permitted.

• Parking in front of the Field House is reserved for handicapped individuals with a valid parking placard and VIPs.

THE HARRISBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE FOLLOWING:

1. Fi****ms and weapons of any kind are NOT permitted on District/school property or stadium premises
2. Disorderly conduct, including, but not limited to cursing, name calling, threatening words, actions, or fighting
3. Threats made in person and/or via social media or any electronic device
4. Public intoxication, possession or use of drugs or alcohol
5. Clothing with inappropriate wording, images or symbols
6. Ski masks and Shiesty masks are NOT permitted
7. Trespassing or soliciting without district
consent
8. Smoking, va**ng, or spitting on school property
9. Vandalizing or damaging property

TICKET PRICES – CASH PAYMENT ONLY WITH BILLS OF $20 OR LESS

Adults - $5.00 ● Students - $3.00 ● Senior Citizens Age 65 and Older - $3.00

HBGSD's conduct policy and guidelines for access to events applies to all district venues and property, including Severance Stadium and the Kimber Gymnasium. No Exceptions.

WE’RE CELEBRATING NATIONAL HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH!
The Harrisburg School District (HBGSD) is proud to observe and celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15th to October 15th! To celebrate Harrisburg's rich Hispanic history, we kicked off this year's observance by participating in the 16th Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival, sponsored by the Latino Hispanic American Community Center.
To help celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, the festival was attended by HVLA, Harrisburg’s online learning program, and their educational team, Superintendent Henry, administrators, teachers, staff, and Harrisburg High School's NJROTC cadets.

Kudos and muchas gracias to Gloria Merrick and LHACC for the opportunity to immerse our students, families, community members, and leaders in the beauty of Hispanic culture, while fostering a sense of unity and belonging across the City of Harrisburg.

Attention HBGSD Parents, Guardians, Students, and Staff,

As a reminder, starting tomorrow, Harrisburg School District students will have a 2-HOUR EARLY RELEASE ON WEDNESDAYS. High school students will be dismissed at 12:45 p.m., middle schools, Cougar Academy, and HVLA students will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m., and elementary school students will be dismissed at 1:50 p.m.
