Hey guys, I hope this message finds you all well.
Some of you may know I had and have a love for writing music. I wrote songs individually, with bands and jingles for radio and television commercials. A few years back my dear friend, Bob Kimmel introduced me to singer/ songwriter/author, Suze DiPietro. She had just written a rock opera. She had the story and the lyrics but needed the lyrics put to music. I thought it would be a fun little ditty to work on. I was wrong… it became an obsession! Suze and I have been working on the rock opera for many years. The challenge has always been getting it to sound authentic to the 1980’s as that’s the time period the story is set in. The name of the rock opera is Grendel’s Lair.
We want to invite you to come listen to the songs and see the characters. Also, we’d love to have you follow along with us on our journey as we are still in the development stage. So what you will be seeing and hearing is a work in progress. You’ll be hearing our demos, though really good demos, and what you will be seeing is the what we envision the characters to look like. We hope with your help and support we can capture the ears of the right folks that can help us move it to the stage and beyond. Grendel's Lair: An Original Rock Opera A rock opera born underground — where rivalry burns, desire tempts, and the stage becomes a battleground.

Need something fun, creative and constructive to do this summer? Come do my summer class. This class teaches the fundamentals of music and how it applies to an instrument (any instrument) and how it applies to playing solo or with an ensemble. Also learn how to be creative with what you already know. This a half hour, one-on-one lesson designed to help you understand the "playing field" which will enhance you confidence and creativity. Tonight, I had the pleasure of watching one of my former piano students, Kaitlin Riley play the lead role in Legally Blonde at the Hershey Area Playhouse. She was fantastic! I know Kaitlin is destined for bigger things as she always has had the the drive when she was passionate about something. She constantly gets better and better! The cast was wonderful and the show was just non-stop pure fun to watch. So much spirit! 2 more performances this Saturday and Sunday. Go see the show. I promise you will love it!

Hey guys, I hope your summer is full of fun and excitement!
Coming this September (2023) I’m opening up Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. I’m also adding a songwriting class and a recording software class. Mainly for beginners but can help intermediate students too. These can be done in 1/2 or 1 hour classes.
