The KEYS program at HACC, which is offered at on all campuses, is designed to help you succeed at a community college.

The KEYS program, which is offered on all five campuses at HACC, Central
Pennsylvania’s Community College,
is designed to help you succeed at a
community college. If your family is
receiving cash benefits (TANF) or food
stamps (SNAP), and you want additional
training and education in order to obtain
self-supporting employment, this is
for you! Whether you’re looking to enroll in
HACC or you are already attending the
College, this program is available to you.
