The Nominations Committee for the Pennsylvania PTA has extended the deadline for submitting applications to the Pennsylvania PTA Board of Directors to Friday, Dec. 12th.

The following positions are available for the 2026-28 term: President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer or a Region Director (5 open positions).

The Pennsylvania PTA is excited to invite you to a Fall Training Refresher on October 18, 2025 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Beginning promptly at 9 am we will have a special guest from Givebacks to talk with you all about what all Givebacks has to offer. It is a great tool to use for many things. From 10-12 we will have some abridged officer trainings, membership open forum, information on becoming involved with the PA PTA state board, and a Q&A session. We will also announce our $100 winner from those who applied for a National PTA Grant.

The Pennsylvania PTA is awarding 5 lucky PTAs $100 each for submitting their dues through their stripe account in Givebacks between Thursday, August 28, 2025 and September 17, 2025. That means every PTA who submits dues in that period of time through Givebacks, their name will be placed in the drawing for the 5- $100 awards. The drawing will take place on Sunday, September 21, 2025.

In addition. the Pennsylvania PTA will award 1 lucky PTA $100 for applying for a National Grant. Go to PTA.org/Grants for details. The application process for National Grants will close September 24.
