🤝 Celebrating Our Work-Based Learning Partners 🤝
Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating one of our favorite events of the year, the DCTS Work-Based Learning Reception!
This special evening recognizes the incredible partnerships between DCTS and the local employers who help prepare our students for success beyond the classroom. This year, more than 150 students participated in Work-Based Learning experiences, gaining valuable hands-on training and real-world career experience throughout our region.
To our business and industry partners: thank you!
Your mentorship, support, and investment in our students truly make a lasting impact. Workforce development is a team effort, and your partnership plays a major role in helping our students build the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed for future success.
We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to Mrs. Houtz, Mrs. Scheidler, and Mrs. Dacko for coordinating this wonderful event, as well as Chef Stauffer, Chef Mannino, Chef Hawbaker, and our Culinary Arts students for preparing the outstanding refreshments and hors d’oeuvres enjoyed throughout the evening.
Thank you for helping us continue to create meaningful opportunities for our students and strengthen the future workforce of our community!
