13 year old softball player Hannah just had her last session with me 🥺
She is humble and hard working looking ahead for a great season during the summer! We had to work around her injury prone knee but we did it! She was consistent and constantly giving me feedback so we were able to avoid further injury while getting her legs stronger! Cheers Young Lady, outstanding work 👏👏👏

My 14 year old client Nico is an absolute beast. 120% mentality in the gym and on the LaCrosse field!
This young man finished last season with a 3.95 goals per game average. Before this season began their parents signed him up to work with me (January of 2021)
Fast forward to today (May 3rd 2021) there is one game left of his season. His team already secured the championship and with ONE game left his goals per game average is 6.5!!!
Nico is a silent assassin. He puts his head down and gets the job done! When I met him first he was wearing his practice jersey with his number 99 on it. I asked him why 99? Quietly but with the most confidence, not arrogance, he answered: "Because I'm the best player out there!"
From that moment on I knew he is special and that pushed me to give him my best! I'm super proud of him and everything that he has and will achieve!
