SHOVELING TIPS:
❄️ Warm up you back, shoulders, and legs
❄️ Gain leverage from legs/hips and NOT SPINE
❄️ Take breaks!
❄️ Stay hydrated
❄️ Change shoveling grips and positions
❄️ Try gentle stretches after to prevent stiffness
