Cat grass will be for sale on the tables near the Pit starting tomorrow at 11:30am until Friday at 3:30pm, for just $5. All of the proceeds are going to to PAWS.
Even if your indoor cat has never caught a mouse or bird, they will instinctively be attracted to cat grass. Why? Its just nature. We are not exactly sure why it is in their extinct, but they sure do enjoy the tasty treat.
Cats that eat grass routinely may have more regular gastrointestinal tracts, fewer hair balls, and less constipation. Plus the chlorophyll in grass helps keep a cat's breath fresh!
