HBGSD students from Lincoln and Melrose Elementary Schools gathered to compete in the Harrisburg School Districtâs 4th Annual Geography Bee Competition!
The event was attended by students, families, administrators, faculty, staff, community members, and partners who came out to cheer on and encourage each young contestant, who WOWED the audience with their impressive geography skills and knowledge.
Kudos and congratulations to our phenomenal students for a job well done! Your passion for learning and commitment to studying were noticed and applauded by everyone!
The Harrisburg School District extends congratulations and best wishes to this yearâs winner!
We also extend special thanks to Ms. Rosado, Ms. Kellar, Ms. Hervitz, our judges, and EVERYONE who helped to coordinate this awesome event, as well as those who attended, including Harrisburgâs School Board President, Ms. Roslyn Copeland, and Vice President, Ms. Autumn Anderson.

Join us for an important community conversation hosted by the Harrisburg School District, in partnership with Dr. Brenda Alton, Director of Community Relations and Spiritual Care for UPMC of Central Pennsylvania, and one of our outstanding Harrisburg High School graduating seniors.
