Yesterday, CDSD NutriPacks Program was appreciative for the opportunity to attend the Dauphin County Board of Commissioners meeting for their recognition of Hunger Action Month. Katie Kerr and Skyler Carpenter-Tobin from the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank work very hard to advocate for and support the programs, such as NutriPacks, who are fighting hunger in our communities!

September is Hunger Action Month!

Today, we welcomed Katie Kerr and Skyler Carpenter-Tobin from the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank to recognize Hunger Action Month and highlight the work being done to fight hunger in our community.

The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank works with nearly 1,100 local agencies and programs across 27 counties, helping provide nutritious food to more than 278,000 people each month.

Dauphin County is proud to recognize September as Hunger Action Month and support efforts to help end hunger across our community.

Enrollment for NutriPacks for the 2026-27 school year is now open!

All K-12 students attending a school in the Central Dauphin School District are eligible to enroll

If you are a previous NutriPacks participant, you are required to re-enroll every year.
