Welcome to 2026!
The first month of the year is almost over! We wanted to take some time to let you all know what is new here at Winters Wellnes!

Look forward for more updates throughout the year!

Dear Clients,

This is a reminder that our office will be closed, and therapists will be unavailable from June 6th, 2025 until June 16th, 2025; unless we have previously discussed and scheduled an appointment during this time.

If you experience symptoms that require attention while the office is closed; please refer to your pre-made safety plans. You can also contact the UPMC warm line 814-456-2014 or 1-800-300-9558, the Crisis Hotline 988 , or your local emergency room for immediate support.

Please be aware that all messages received during this period will be returned after June 16th, 2025.

Our therapist Sasha Winters continues to increase her accessibility to all Patients!

She is officially listed as a Trauma Therapist on Penn State College of Medicine’s Directory for Autistic and Neurodivergent Informed care!

As well as on Evernorths Directory for Critical Care treatment for patients after Natural Disasters and tragedies (fires, shootings etc).

At the end of the day we want to be here with you to see the sunrise in the morning!
