Wow! Parental Alienation apparently happening way before the parents break up! Most of the children here favoring their moms and even openly admitting they would let one parent (dad)drown!!!
Excuse our sarcasm but the point is when parental alienation is used in court because a child prefers one parent, or rejects one parent or will trade them in for Spiderman that is reaching! Now imagine if one parent was unsafe or abusive? How much more would they cling to the preferred parent?

A GLARING example of - did a call out of her former Amicus attorney, (I’m coming for you next)- for abhorrently dropping the ball and further abusing her children, while also calling out a judge and bravely advocating for children across the country. Anyone want to guess what happens next? Get your popcorn ready.. Her ex abuser files to use her advocacy as exhibits for their hearing. I know, I know….super profound 🥴 Did I mention that this ex abuser is also Chief of Surgery at ?
I should also add that the Hospital is now trying to cover their a**…..after they already sent University of Texas Threat Division to her house to warn her of this Surgeon’s mental stability and their major concerns regarding him. Shame on you, …..no one wants a violent, unstable, threat performing surgery on them!!!

When they claim you are alienating the children ,but they are just scared of them.
This is all too common in cases where there is physical or sexual abuse. The abuser becomes the victim and uses parental alienation as a defense. Family court stop buying into this!!!!

We agree! We cannot endorse a term that is a silver bullet for abusers. We are the falsely accused of the term Parental Alienation. We want to focus facts in court not nebulous terms.

Parental Alienation “experts” are brilliant in teaching how to Gaslight victims of abuse…
The irony is the ones accused of alienation then are alienated from their child as punishment. Many of the parents who have had their children taken away now buy into parental alienation due to the court’s ignorance. Don’t buy into the hype.
