We are getting ready to kick off a brand new season! If you have a child grades 4 through 12, come join us! It's free to join and you do not have to have a horse to participate!

Roane County 4-H Horse Club had a fantastic time at 4-H state horse show this past week!

We had several championship and reserve championship ribbons as well as numerous other places! These kids have worked so hard to prepare for this week and they did an amazing job!

Special, thank you to those who supported our club and made it possible for these kids to have such a great week! We are already looking forward to next year! 🎉

Roane County 4-H Horse Club did a fantastic job at this past weekend's 4-H Eastern regional horse show. Several took championship ribbons! These kids put in the time to prepare and it shows!

We are state-bound! Still looking for sponsors/donors to help these kids meet expense needs for the state show. Feel free to send a message to find out how you can help!

Our 4-H kiddos are heading to the 4-H state show in Shelbyville in June and need your support!

These kids work hard all year round to have the opportunity to show their hard work with their horses off at the state show in Shelbyville. We have several first-timers this year.

Showing horses is not an inexpensive endeavor. Our club kiddos and parents have worked hard to fundraise this year and have been very successful in raising the funds to cover all show fees for this entire show season! Woohoo!!! 🎉

However, traveling expenses always outweigh the actual show fees for this particular show.

Please consider donating to our club. Info is on the flyer! Your help is greatly appreciated and helps to make lifelong memories happen for these kids 🤗

Huge thank you to the Mendoza family, the Alonzo family and the West family for coming together and volunteering to help clean and prepare the barn at Roane State expo for the upcoming fair! When we come together, we are able to make large tasks into much lighter work! Thank you all so much!

Our next meeting will be May 12th at 5:00 p.m. at the extension office. We will use this meeting time and space to fill out regional and state horse show entry forms. Hope to see you there!

Clover Classic 2026 was a huge success this year!

These kids and horses did a fantastic job! Thank you to all our wonderful parents and kids for volunteering your time and energy to make this year so special!

Super proud of these kids today at the Eastern region 4-H horse judging contest! Each one of them did an excellent job! Personal goals were met and personal growth were made today!

An amazing benefit for this year was that we made so many new friends while collaborating with Rhea County, Knox County, Hancock County, and Bledsoe County! When we all come together as a tribe, great things happen!
