BCMS Archery Tryouts will be on Monday and Tuesday at IES from 5:30 to 7:30.

Monday - Students with last names A-M will tryout
Tuesday - Students with last names N-Z will tryout

You must have a KHSAA Physical on file with the school or you must bring it with you on the day of the tryouts!
You must wear school appropriate clothing and have closed toed shoes, NO CROCS or SLIPPERS!

BIG NEWS, TIGER FAMILIES! WE ARE GREEN ACROSS THE BOARD!

Our 2025–2026 KSA results are in, and we have SO much to celebrate! Our Tigers have demonstrated incredible growth, and their hard work is paying off!

Out of 318 middle schools across Kentucky, BCMS is one of just 84 to achieve this level of performance!!

Tonight we open the BCMS Girls Basketball Season as we play host to Stuart Pepper Middle School!!

Game Times:
6th Grade - 5:00 PM
7th Grade - 6:00 PM
8th Grade - 7:00 PM

🏀 GIRLS BASKETBALL SCHEDULE 🏀

Tomorrow is opening night for our BCMS Girls Basketball here is the schedule of all 3 teams and some other important information.

All home games will be at 6:00 at BCHS. Games will start at 6:00 PM, with the exception of the Meade County game. With all of the 6:00 games we will not be allowing parents/fans into the gym until 5:45 PM due to high school basketball practices. Please try to plan accordingly.

If you are still wanting to purchase an All Season Pass that will get you into all of the home games you can purchase those at the gate. They are $50 per person!

🚨BCMS BASKETBALL🚨

We are excited for the upcoming BCMS Lady Tiger Basketball season and we want to make sure that everyone is aware of some changes that have been made for this season. Please take note of the following:

BCMS Lady Tiger Basketball
-- Will play all of their home games at Breck County High School.
-- With the exception of the Stuart Pepper (Meade) game all home games will start at 6:00 PM.
-- Fans will not be allowed in the gym at BCHS until 5:45, due to BCHS Practices and gym set up.

If you are still wanting an All Season Pass they will be available for purchase at the gate. $50 per person!

There will be more to come about Boys Basketball when we get closer to the start of their season.

Next week (October 13th–16th) is National School Lunch Week, and Breckinridge County Schools is celebrating with a carnival of delicious flavors for our elementary and middle school students! Our school lunch program is supported by students eating lunch with us every day and we want to celebrate our students next week with fun circus themed food items!

Our food service team works hard every day to fuel our students with healthy, yummy meals. To make next week extra special, our elementary and middle school cafeterias will be featuring these fun daily specials:

Congratulations to Brinley Cox on an outstanding performance at the KHSAA Semi-State Golf Tournament! ⛳️
Brinley, a 7th grader at BCMS, shot a 79 to finish 18th out of 80 golfers, earning her spot as an individual qualifier for the FINAL ROUND of the KHSAA State Golf Tournament next week in Bowling Green!
Competing at the high school level as a 7th grader is already an incredible accomplishment, and now Brinley is headed to the final round of STATE!
We are so proud of you, Brinley! Congratulations, and good luck next week in Bowling Green!
