There's a reason we earn the title of being an ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100-2016 certified foundry. Consistent, high-quality aluminum castings start with well-defined processes and a commitment to continuous improvement. Every process we create plays a role in meeting our customers' requirements, so following the procedures and holding ourselves to those standards is why our results are consistently excellent. Heat treating is a crucial step in the manufacturing process of our aluminum castings. It can help improve the characteristics of our castings, especially strength and hardness. Harmony Castings offer two kinds of heat treating: T5 and T6. But what exactly is the difference?
