RGV FOCUS RGV FOCUS is a collective impact initiative created in collaboration with Educate Texas.

RGV FOCUS was launched in 2012 to transform college readiness, access, and success across the four-county region. A cross-sector team of district superintendents, higher education presidents, community-based organizations, and workforce boards meet regularly to strengthen, better connect, and align community resources to the educational pipeline.
