There is nothing better than watching our Monarchs shine ON and OFF the dance floor!

Our Director, Mrs. April, had the joy of supporting some of our MDS dancers and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel loved. Tonight they took the stage at Lee Means Fine Arts Academy’s production of Trolls!

We LOVE watching our dancers step outside of the studio, try new things, and share their talents with the world. Whether they are dancing at MDS or performing on another stage, we will always be their biggest cheerleaders! 📣

🩰Dance teachers are teachers too🩰

~Our teachers do so much more than teach steps and choreography. They teach discipline, confidence, perseverance, teamwork, kindness, and how to believe in yourself—even when something feels hard.

Each one of our MDS teachers brings something different and special to our dancers. Different strengths, different gifts, different personalities—but all with the same heart and love for our Monarchs. 🦋

We are so thankful for the time, patience, encouragement, creativity, and love you pour into every dancer who walks through our studio doors. You are helping shape not only beautiful dancers, but beautiful young people.

Our Monarchs are taking a little time to REST, RECHARGE & ENJOY some well-deserved family time! 🤎🍁
There will be NO DANCE CLASSES during Fall Break. We hope our dancers enjoy this time to relax, spend time with family, and make some special memories! ✨
We are so thankful for each of our Monarch dancers and families and all the love, dedication, and energy you bring to MDS!

✨ Senior Company | Lyrical✅ ✨

Tonight our Senior Company had the opportunity to learn their Lyric competition piece with the amazing Miss Aney, our MDS Teacher Alumni! 🤍

We are so excited for these girls to dive into this piece and use their movement to tell a story, express emotion, and connect with the audience in a way that goes beyond the steps.

There is something so beautiful about watching dancers not just perform, but feel and tell a story through their movement. We can’t wait for you all to see this one! 🩰✨
