Our Literacy Center is not just a place of adult learning, we are a community building that hosts events, meetings, community resource presentations and workshops. During these events we aim to provide hospitable accommodations with cold drinks and light bites. We recently had our refrigerator repaired but, unfortunately, we are in need of a replacement. You can help us by sharing the word as we ask our community for any businesses or individuals who are able to assist us.

📌We are less than 10 days away from Freedom Fest 2026 where our 5 lucky winners will be called to receive their $1,000 prize, and one United Way affiliate agency will win a $5,000 jackpot!
📌When you purchase a ticket for $10, you not only enter to win an individual prize of $1,000, you also get to designate a nonprofit agency of your choice to enter the $5,000 jackpot drawing.
📌Each participating agency provides free and low cost services to the public, work together to provide support our community, and uplift others to do the same.
