Hey everyone hope everything is doing great!

With my time here in England coming to an end I have learned so much personally about the mental side of the sport!

I have had really highs and lows with how Ive prepared for games to how Ive performed during game.

I just want to say that if you’re having a tough time mentally through a spell of games always remember that there are more games to come and to try and tweak things to refresh your mind.

I would love to talk to anyone having problems or feel that they need someone to talk too!

Have a great rest of the school year and see everyone in the summer!👏🏻⚽️
