Our Welcome Back Celebration was filled with smiles, excitement, and plenty of HCISD pride! We are excited for a new school year of learning, growing, building employability and independent living skills, and creating meaningful opportunities for our students alongside our business and community partners.

A huge THANK YOU to our HCISD Senior Team-Dr. Reyes, Board Member Eladio Jaimez, Special Education Director Mr. Ochoa, FACE Director, Sylvia Gonzalez, Special Education Coordinators, Diagnosticians, Speech Staff, Transition Staff, SPED Staff,Harlingen Police Department, Valley Praise, Walgreens, Memorial Middle School Band Director Mrs. Garcia, and the incredible Memorial Drumline for helping us make this morning so memorable!

And, of course, a special shout-out to our Transition Academy students — this year is all about YOU! ❤️

It truly takes a village, and we are so thankful for a community that continues to show up, support, and create opportunities for our students.
