Even the best athletes need a coach to keep them motivated and moving toward the next level. Together, with coach Rémi Gibbs, you will work on renovating your thoughts, actions, and skillsets to bring them in-line with your desires and idea of success, so that you can achieve the reality you strive for.

If you are unhappy with your current career path, looking to start an "encore" career or find yourself in a situation where you need to start over, you are in the right place. Together, we will develop a career path that will be fulfilling and bring you joy. We'll uncover what you are good at, what you are passionate about and what you are inspired by. Through simple tasks, some creativity and networking, you'll find yourself on a path to career success.

If you are a small business owner and need some help figuring out how to get started, and/or find more clients, you are also in the right place. We'll discuss how to structure your business, where to find your clients, what they are looking for, and how to target them. We'll discuss your strengths and weaknesses, figure out where you need more help, and what you can do on your own. The goal will be for you to design and structure your own business and marketing plans in a way that you can fulfill them on your own.

On a more personal note, if you are going through a life transition, have goals you want to achieve or are wanting to change your mindset and need someone to help you structure your time and be your accountability partner, I am excited to be by your side.

For coaching to be successful, you will need to be ready to show up, stick to your commitments, and put in the work necessary to reach your personal and professional goals. Status quo is not an option.

Setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable—especially when you’ve spent years being the one who shows up, helps out, keeps the peace, and makes things work.

When I created Becoming You, I had an idea of what I hoped women would take away from the process.

Then Stephanie actually did it.

She recently completed the eight-week private Becoming You coaching program, and I asked her to tell me about her experience in her own words.

This is what she said:

"I recently completed Remi Gibbs’ eight-week Becoming You program, and I’m so glad I decided to do it. I’m at that stage of life where my kids are getting older, life is changing, and I found myself wondering, “Who am I now, and what do I want this next chapter to look like?”

Remi helped me really look at who I am, why I think and function the way I do, what my values and strengths are, and how I can use those things to bring more joy and purpose into my life. Some of the process wasn’t easy—it definitely pushed me to think outside my normal comfort zone—but it was incredibly worthwhile.

Remi is so easy to talk to. She’s kind, energetic, patient, and has a wonderful way of pushing you just enough without making you feel pushed. She helped me put words to things I sometimes couldn’t explain myself and reminded me that I’m not alone in feeling a little lost in this stage of life.

I finished the program with short and long-term goals, some new boundaries already in place, and a much clearer idea of where I want to go from here. I know I’m still a work in progress, but I feel like I have the tools to keep growing and becoming who I want to be. WOW! I couldn't have written a better description of what I hope this work gives women.

The November 7 Becoming You workshop isn't the eight-week private program Stephanie completed. And I'm not going to pretend it is. I've taken some of the most important pieces of that work and created an intensive, hands-on day for women who are ready to start asking some of these same questions.
