5th graders at Zavala Elementary concluded their Don Quixote unit with a remarkable final project. Students had to write a persuasive essay, create a shield showcasing Don Quixote’s character traits, quotes, and develop an epitaph for his grave stone. They also designed a poster backdrop and added their favorite quote from their reader.
