Huge congratulations to everyone who earned promotions! Nights like this are a reminder of what makes this place special, showing up, putting in the work, and supporting each other through the highs and lows of the journey. We have a long lineage of black belts and rich history on these mats spanning over 30 years and it's really cool to see everyone come out and show up for each other. Thank you to everyone who came out to support your teammates, and participating in the gauntlet.

This night was even more special as we had the opportunity to promote two members to black belt, a milestone that represents years of consistency, sacrifice, and dedication on and off the mats. And our first ever to complete the gauntlet through all their belt ranks since we added this 10 years ago.

Quick reminder about this week’s holiday schedule and a couple of highlights:
🤼‍♂️ Monday at 7:30pm we’re running a special wrestling class, led by Alec.
This will replace the regular class and will focus on wrestling for BJJ — takedowns, entries, and stand-up work.
Also this week:
• Monday 5:40am Gi BJJ
• Monday 5:30pm Kids BJJ
• Monday 6:30pm Adult Fundamentals
• Monday 7:30pm wrestling for BJJ
• Wednesday 6:00pm Open Mat
All of these additions are for Christmas week only. If you’re around, come get some good training in.

🥋 Wednesday:
• Morning Open Mat at 5:30am — get those early rolls in!

🦃 Thursday:
• We’re closed for Thanksgiving. Enjoy the day with family, food

🔥 Friday:
• Adult Open Mat at 10:30am (no regular adult classes) sweat out that holiday meal!
• No Kids Kickboxing classes this Friday

📘 All Other Classes:
• Everything else throughout the week is running as usual

📝 Kids Kickboxing Reminder:
• Testing is on Thursday, December 12 — keep the kids coming in so they feel confident and ready!

📦 Thanksgiving Food Drive:
We’re collecting non-perishable food items for MANNA on Main Street.
Drop donations off at the box on the front desk.
Please bring everything by Wednesday!
